The Accreditation Process

Six clear steps. Typical review takes 4–8 weeks.

    Submit Application

    Complete the appropriate online form and pay the application fee. Choose your pathway: school, student, club, or coach.

    Step 2

    Documentation Review

    Our administrative team reviews your supporting documentation, references, and competition record for completeness.

    Step 3

    Skills Assessment

    Candidates complete a recorded debate exercise or submit verified tournament footage for evaluation.

    Step 4

    Committee Evaluation

    A panel of three accredited reviewers scores the submission against NDAC standards.

    Accreditation Awarded

    Successful candidates receive a digital badge, printed certificate, and listing in the public directory.

    Annual Renewal

    Members renew through continuing education credits and a brief annual report. Lapsed members may reapply.
